To our valued HDM-4 users,

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak and the measure introduced by our governments to tackle this worldwide pandemic. The impact of the coronavirus outbreak is escalating daily and is having an impact on everyone’s daily personal and professional lives.

Of greatest importance at this time is the health and safety of everyone in the 167 countries that the virus has so far affected and observing the measure in place to reduce and slow down its transmission.

HDMGlobal and its partners are following the advice issued by their local governments. In most cases, this involves only essential travel and working from home where at all possible. Our schools and universities are closed which creates added pressure to people’s normal work routines.

However, HDMGlobal can continue to offer online technical support to existing users, and continued sales support to new customers through the normal sales channels. If you are not responded to as fast as the teams would usually, please accept that everyone is working under difficult conditions and will be doing their best to deliver as normal a service as is possible.
