PIARC CONGRESS - HDM-4 Workshop and Presentations by Tyrone Toole, ARRB (HDMGlobal Partner)

During the China Rural Roads convention Tyrone Toole gave a formal presentation on the best practice management of rural roads, including application of HDM-4 and similar tools. 

Tyrone has also made available a presentation entitled "HDM-4 Developments: Summary presentation".

The Powerpoint slides that accompanied these presentations, are now available for download.
