and Concrete, Chile - ICH, as a member of HDMGlobal organization responsible
for the HDM-4 (Highway Development and Management) worldwide, is proud to
provide a theoretical and practical course of the current version. The
course was designed with users requiring application for better use
practical training accompanied by a complementing theoretical knowledge of
the basic concepts necessary for the use of these tools
Objectives: Train professionals in the concepts needed
for the implementation and use of the tool in public or private road
agencies. Prepare both users able to use the tool as professionals can
interact and interpret the results obtained using the HDM-4. Train users in
defining information requirements as proper parameterization tool according
to the application where it is intended to use the HDM-4.
Addressed to: Professional issues related to planning,
management and maintenance of pavements, public and private sector.
Methodology: The course will be conducted through
lectures combined with practical workshops where course attendees will have
the opportunity to learn to dish yay tool to apply the knowledge covered in
class.
Levels and Content: The course is structured so that
there are two levels, the first of which (Basic Level) aimed at users who
just are introduced to the concepts of pavement management and do not have
any prior knowledge or the application.The Second (Advanced Level) has been
thinking about those users or that well and have had contact with the tool
or have made other course of HDM-4 previously. However there are two levels
to choose the second course must submit a test beforehand to verify that the
knowledge of the tool will allow you to meet and work smugly application.
