Why Participate?

It is not only the opportunity to meet with users, experts and specialists in the use and application of the HDM-4 but also to have the opportunity to come together with professionals and companies working around the road infrastructure management.

Considering the popularity of some of the modules and models that make up the HDM-4 tool, its broad scope of application has led to the development and implementation of many studies worldwide, and in particular in this region. Calibration and adaption with a view to its proper application within the local conditions of a country or region are important. For this reason it is highly beneficial to learn from the experiences and knowledge resulting from  projects in different countries is a major incentive for users or potential users in this region to participate in the event.

It is also expected that, in addition to the Congress and taking advantage of the call and presence of experts in Chile during the week of the event, complementary activities will be developed within the field of road infrastructure management.
