The HDM-4 development team welcomes and encourages feedback on all aspects of HDM-4.

A software error is reported or a request for an enhancement to the software or documentation is submitted via a "Change Request".

When a user submits a Change Request the following actions will result:

  1. The Change Requests will be classified as either a bug fix or an improvementand will receive a unique Change Request number.
  2. Change Requests will be investigated by the HDM-4 Development Team to assess the impact of the change.
  3. The Change Request Committee will either approve/reject the change request after due consideration and assign a priority to those approved.
  4. The Change Request will be assigned to a work package, and scheduled for a future update or upgrade.

In the future it is planned that approved Change Requests will be published on the HDM-4 website to enable users to track requests that they have made, and to view the changes that have been scheduled for the future releases.
